About Us

Our Story

My Best Track Club was founded on a vision—to build a program that set “The Standard.” What began as a God-given calling to create something greater than track and field has evolved into a holistic youth development organization rooted in service, excellence, and purpose. With a gentle push from family and a deep belief in the potential of young people, that vision came to life as My Best Track Club, starting with just 15 athletes and growing to more than 60 in only five years. Today, we proudly operate as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to shaping the next generation.

At MBTC, our mission is to support the holistic development of young athletes—cultivating elite-level competitors while nurturing academic success, character, and community leadership. We believe true growth extends far beyond the track. Our program balances athletic training with academic support, career exploration, and health and wellness initiatives to create well-rounded student-athletes prepared for life on and off the field. We exist to remove systemic barriers, expand opportunity, and transform challenges into success stories for youth across the Chicagoland and Joliet communities.

Every step of our journey reflects gratitude, faith, and a commitment to serving the youth entrusted to us. Our story continues—always striving to help every athlete become their best.
